Ocen Audio : which is used to edit audio files for tR projects does not have any official computer specifications for hardware at this time. I did find this from https://tekadvisor.ca/run/ocenaudio . This is what I received for Ocenaudio's support:

These specs described on the site (tekadvisor) are not official.

We have made lots os tests and ocenaudio seems to run fine on 10 years machines (like Core 2 Duo from 2009).

We also have people that said that run ocenaudio on even older machines.

Of course, performance will depend on many others factors like RAM memory, storage, graphics card, sound card and so on.

In our experience, ocenaudio can run on Core i3 with a good experience.

Please, give a try of ocenaudio on your i3 machine.

We are always working on improving Ocenaudio's stability, feature set and user experience.
